"Beautiful Tuscan Farmhouse", Bill H., USA, Oct. 29, 2016- MULINELLO
The views of the hillsides and Montepulciano are fantastic! The farmhouse is quaint, quiet and secluded. But, still a short drive/walk to restaurants and groceries in Montefollonico. The house is fully-equipped for those wanting to make their own meals. The furnishings are gorgeous yet comfortable. Plenty of room for 6. Property is well located within a 1 1/2 hr. drive from Firenze and a short drive to many of the Tuscan sights. We wish we had more time here and were here maybe a month earlier to fully enjoy the two terraces. Will definitely consider booking here again on our next trip to Tuscany....so much to see!! The owner and the housekeeper are extremely helpful.

"Beautiful home and view", Jan K., USA, Oct. 20, 2016- MULINELLO
We loved our stay at Capanne. We stayed for 5 nights and were awestruck every morning by the view out of every window. The house Mulinello is down a long dirt road and very secluded and quiet, surrounded by olive trees and with spectacular views to Montelpuciano. At the same time, it is an easy drive to Montelpuciano, Pienza and other hilltowns. We wish we could have stayed longer! The town of Montefollonico is a nice long walk or a short drive away. I lovely little walled hill town with a couple of very nice restaurants and a grocery store, as well as a ceramic store. We had dinner out twice and both meals were fantastic. The house itself is lovely and full of character. Very lovingly furnished and maintained. The housekeeper is very helpful with the check in and stopped by every day. The owner, Michele, checked in on us several times, including the day we arrived and made sure that we had dinner reservations in town that night. He also was very responsive when we lost power one night. He and his family made us feel very welcome, even inviting us to join them for dinner when we were in Rome a week after our stay at Le Capanne. The house is well-equipped with updated baths and a lovely small kitchen, that is very manageable for cooking dinners. As the house is in the country, there are some bugs around, esp. ladybugs, but that added to the charm of the home. We would highly recommend Le Capanne for anyone who wants a quiet, tranquil stay in the heart of Tuscany. We hope we can visit again someday!

"A perfect house for a perfect holiday", Ute R., Germany - July 16, 2016- MULINELLO
We arrived at il Mulinello and liked it immediately. An old oil mill, which has been perfectly refurbished. The very friendly owner had taken a lot of effort to decorate the house with antiques. The two terraces don't need any sunshades. One is shaded by 2 ancient oak trees all day long, the other is a peaceful shady place in the evenings. The undisturbed view of Montepulciano from the bedroom window is overwhelming! And although the house is situated in a peaceful and remote area, you got good restaurants nearby and can go on excursions to Arrezzo,Siena or Perugia quite easily. But nevertheless the option of just relaxing in this peaceful and beautiful surrounding is quite tempting...

"Great location with a perfect view", Markus P., Finland - June, 2016 - MULINELLO
We stayed 4 weeks in Villa Mulinello during June 2016. Upon arrival, I felt immediately like being home. I don't think the pictures even do justice for the place. The view towards Montepulciano from the yard and the terrace is just stunning. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking, but several times we also walked up to Montefollonico for dinner (there are a few very nice restaurants in the town). We also had the pleasure to meet the owners Michele and Christina. They were very nice and did their best to make our stay as comfortable as possible. I really hope I'll be able to return to this place. After driving around Tuscany for 4 weeks, I still think the most beautiful landscape I saw was from the front yard of Villa Mulinello.

"Incredibly Beautiful House", Daphna K., Israel--- May 1, 2016- BANDITELLO
When the gravel track road opened up onto Villa Banditello my first reaction was that this must be paradise. The house is completely off the beaten track positioned in its own beautiful and large garden that spills out into the olive groves and vineyards surrounding the property and further down into the valley below. The grounds are storybook picturesque with nothing obstructing the view and on the hill opposite the garden you have the hilltop town of Montepulciano. I don't normally splurge but this house is something else. The interior is large and comfortable, tastefully (and it seems, lovingly) furnished by the owners. The bed w as comfortable, the linens and towels spotlessly clean, the bathrooms large, the living rooms (there are actually two of them) airy and very comfortable. The furniture was not the eclectic assortment that you sometimes find in vacation rentals. It was in character with the house and some of the pieces are of the type you see in antique stores in Tuscany and wish you could carry away with you. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking at home, the stove is large and modern and it is supplied with much more than the bare essentials. We are hikers and there is no shortage of beautiful hiking trails (the white trails of Tuscany) in the area. There is an abundance of beautiful hill towns to visit in the area, but we also took day trips to Florence (under an hour and a half by car) and visited Umbria. To top it all the owners, Michele and Cristina, are the perfect hosts. We were lucky to have had the opportunity to meet them in person and they gave us the feeling that we were indeed their guests rather than random renters. We had a wonderful stay in this very special house and are certain that we shall return.

Denis S., New Jersey,USA --- Sept. 7, 2015- MULINELLO
Villa Mulinello is everything you can imagine if you want a quiet, peaceful and beautiful stay in Tuscany. The house is easy to enjoy and has the space and amenities you need to relax, enjoy the area, and see some of the best countryside views imaginable. Montefollonico is nearby and we enjoyed the market, the restaurants and the sports bar (for a nice spritz before dinner). Michele and Christina are great and they made sure everything was perfect for us. We were able to cook at the house and since we were staying a week, we also did laundry, woke up to great sunrises with coffee and cornetti from the local market, drove to wherever in Tuscany we wanted to go and returned to a peaceful and beautiful home base.

Jocelyn C.,London, UK --- July 14-21, 2015 - MULINELLO
Thank you for the use of your truly beautiful villa Mulinello. We enjoyed our time there immensely. Even though we wanted to explore Tuscany which we did we also just wanted to stay soaking in the loveliness of your place. Not only is it idyllic on account of the beauty of its position but also because of the matching aesthetic. As soon as I read that you did not have a swimming pool I was drawn to your place as so many places seem spoilt by these additions. Everything about it was wonderful and Maddalena was very kind and helpful too.

Paul A.,Oregon,USA --- May 9, 2015- MULINELLO
We have visited this area several times before, but never have we stayed in such a comfortable house with such a view. We selected the smaller house for four of us and it was perfect, with plenty of space to spread out. The weather was wonderful the entire week of our stay, so we were able to hike from hill town to hill town, which was our goal. The location of this house is ideal for that. Because of the lovely weather, we were also able to enjoy the view towards Montepulciano from sunrise to sunset, and spent hours on the patio and in the lawn chairs relaxing after our walks. If the weather had been chilly, however, I'm sure we would have stayed cozy by the fire in the kitchen area. I loved this house and setting and hope to return with our entire family of seven and we will take over both houses.

Isabella , Italia --- Dec. 29, 2014- MULINELLO

Karolyn R., Australia ---July 31, 2014 - BANDITELLO
We stayed in the villa Banditello this past July, and it was the perfect base from which to explore the neighbouring hill towns of Montepulciano, Montefollonico, Pienza, Siena, etc. The villa is 5 minutes outside of Montefollonico (great restaurant here called 13 Gobbi, where the owner/chef makes home made fettuccini in a hollowed out peccorino cheese rind, scraping the melted cheese down into the pasta .. yum!). It is situated in its own vineyards and olive groves, and is beautifully appointed, right down to a wood oven (in addition to the regular one). The kitchen was very well equipped, the washing machine worked perfectly, bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious, bright and clean, and the views . . . well they were pretty much "storybook"! Michele personally spoke to us on the phone as we arrived, to be sure that we had all we needed. The housekeeper was there to greet us, and showed us everthing we needed to know. There is lots of room for parking. Furnishings, books and art are plentiful and tasteful. It really is a home away from home. There was even a bottle of the vineyard's own red wine waiting for us on arrival. Thank you Michele and Cristina! We would like to return this summer again in July! We will contact you!

Nancy S. S., USA, Albuquerque --- Oct. 20 - 25, 2013 - BANDITELLO & MULINELLO
We were a group of eight adults... two of us celebrating our 50th anniversary and our adult children and friends. We occupied both villa Banditello and Mulinello for most of a week...the capstone of our two weeks in Italy. To say that the accommodations were superb would be an understatement! Both casas were warm and inviting, beautifully furnished and appointed, with modern kitchens and bathrooms and lovely, comfy furniture- much of which was antique. We cooked nearly all our evening meals in the fabulous kitchen of villa Banditello, and gathered around the fireplace in the evenings to share stories of each day's activities. The younger generation walked to Montefollonico for groceries, while the seniors spent time taking in the views of the vineyards and olive groves that surround the casas on all sides. Some of our days were spent touring the nearby medieval hill towns and monasteries. Other times we enjoyed just reading, relaxing, and soaking up the atmosphere. The owners, who live in Rome, checked in each day by phone, and the local caretaker, Maddelena, also paid a short visit each day to answer any questions (how to operate the washing machine, the heating system, etc.) She was delightful! It has long been a dream of ours to stay in a 'real' Tuscan farmhouse, and these beautifully restored homes exceeded our greatest expectations. Everything was perfect. We hope to return to Le Capanne di Sopra!

Charlotte, John D., Denmark, Vedbaek --- July 13-27 2013 - MULINELLO
You are most welcome - we are the ones that thank you, we are so greatfull that we could stay 2 days extra - we enjoyed it so much - we could easely have stayed another month!! Your house Mulinello is lovely, because it is "a home" with personal interior - we enjoyed very much your operas and classical music. We have been comming to Toscana for 10 years - mostly Montepulciano area - that is our favorit area in Toscana - we love the nature, the food, the vine, the light , the scent of herbs, the music etc. And at your place we had all of it! So thank you very much. We hope to come back next year till then, All the best.

Basia and Anthony, Holland ---June 11, 2013 - MULINELLO
We had paid for 2 weeks stay near Montepulciano, a place with a pool and excellent view, but it was quite spoilt by the unrelenting loud noise of heavy traffic weaving its way along the main road. And our neighbour woke noisily at 5am... So in trying to rescue our holiday, we found Cristina and Michele who offered us accomodation at Mulinello on a lovely Tuscan Hill, and our inferno turned to paradiso. This is the Tuscany we have come to love, with the hills and wild flowers and with its own beautiful view across to Montepulciano. A hoopoe bird came to visit the lawn at breakfast time, and I saw deer close by. All is quiet at night and makes for a restful holiday. The house is well supplied and clean. Walking back from Montefellonico we had the most splendid displays of fireflies. There are plenty of places to visit. On this occasion we enjoyed trips to Siena, Pienza, La Foce and Montepulciano. With thanks to Michele, Cristina and the very practical and helpful Maddelena, and for our rescued holiday.

Carrietta L., Usa ---May 19, 2013, MULINELLO
Serenity and Solitude. Tuscany is a favorite place for my husband and me - and particularly the Montepulciano/Montefollonico area. Having stayed in Montepulciano (walking over to Montefollonico for lunch) we decided for this vacation to stay in the smaller of the two hillside sisters. We couldn't have been happier with our decision. The farmhouse was beautiful, secluded and quiet. The scenery from the windows, breathtaking. I could have stayed here forever - and often revisit the spot in my mind when everyday stress overtakes me. We plan a return. It could never been soon enough!

Alice N., Australia, Surrey Hills--- April 19, 2013- MULINELLO
We stayed in villa Mulinello for 5 nights in April, and had a most wonderful time. The house was spacious and clean and beautifully decorated. When we arrived, it was late afternoon and the view with the sunset took our breath away! It was more beautiful than we could ever have imagined. Our time here was so peaceful. We loved every minute of it. We had a little difficulty following the hand drawn map but the housekeeper was very helpful and we followed her in the car. The owner, Michele, just happened to be up from Rome while we were there, so we were able to meet him. He was a lovely gentleman, very interesting and pleasant with lots of information about the area. He was helpful and also left us in peace to enjoy our holiday. There are two houses on the property, very close together. Lucky for us, no one was staying in the other house while we were there. We went for walks and drives in the area. The nearby village is lovely with restaurants and a small grocery store. We stayed in the larger house. There was one main bedroom and 3 twin bedrooms. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and excellent shower (an italian style - hose in the bath). The kitchen was well-equiped with lovely glassware and crockery. The heating was a little bit difficult to understand how to work, but once it worked it was perfect. We used the open fire which was cosy. There is a table with comfy chairs for eating al fresco with a spectacular view of Montepulciano and fields and forests. You definitely need a car to stay here. It's off the beaten track which means it's very quiet and peaceful. It took us about 2 hours to drive here from Florence. There is no internet and there is no tv. We loved our stay here and recommend it highly! If we could come back to Italy, we would definitely stay here again!

Edward O., USA, Smithburg, MD --- January, 2013 - BANDITELLO
The owners were fantastic! Such a lovely couple who seemed so excited to share their home. The property was very clean. The kitchen at villa Banditellowas very well supplied with pots, pans, plates, silverware, utensils, everything one would need to cook the most gourmet meal and serve it to about 15 people. The views were stunning. For a January stay it was a bit chilly at night but we were surprised how green and beautiful Tuscany is in January. If your not afraid of 45-50 deg temps, enjoy touring with little to no tourists (except yourself), and want to see Tuscany at its core, then I recommend this property and January to do it. We took a risk going in January and it paid off. Every place we visited (restaurant/shop/museum,etc) we received their undivided attention, that was cool! We visited an agritourism farm and because of the off season we saw it working with full -employment and it was awesome. I know it probably does not compare to spring/summer in Tuscany, but we thoroughly enjoyed the vacation. We hate crowds and being hot, so for us those missing ingredients were welcomed. The restaurants in Pienza (15min), Montepulciano (10min) and Montefollonico(3min) were all excellent. The best meal we had in all of Italy was located only 3 minutes from this property. They serve their house specialty which I will not describe as it must be experienced, just go to "13 Gobi" restaurant just inside the medieval gate to Montefollonico and ask for the "House special" you will not be disappointed. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and relatives. Will never forget sitting around the fireplace planning our next days journey, relaxing with friends and allowing the amazing meal in my belly to digest. A perfect, central location for touring most of Tuscany. We traveled to many local villages, Siena as well as Florence, returning each night without any problems. Renting a car was easy and Italian drivers I thought were excellent. 5 stars.

Sally Anne C., Australia, Warburton, Victoria ---September, 2012- MULINELLO
We want you know how much we enjoyed our stay at villa Mulinello. We had been travelling for about six weeks, and your beautiful property was the ideal place for us to relax and just soak up the peace and the views. We had everything we needed at the house, and the hospitality and assistance from both you and Maddalena was much appreciated. We enjoyed watching your wine being created, too! Although we were fairly lazy, our visits to Siena, Montepulciano and Monticchiello, and of course Montefollonico, were very enjoyable. Thank you. We would certainly recommend your property to anyone asking us about a stay in Tuscany.

Dan and Lindasy S., USA, Burlington, VI --- May 30, 2012 - BANDITELLO
My wife and I spent six days on our honeymoon at villa Banditello . It is incredible, clean, well maintained, with views off the back lawn across the valley to Montepulciano, which is walking distance if you are up for a hike or run. We ran there, at and walked back. The backyard had cherries dropping off the trees, and in all the cottage was a cool, comfortable space. There was plenty of space for more people and we would go back with friends in a heartbeat. The owner was highly attentive, helping to connect us with a bike rental/tour vendor so we could get out and ride, along with great dinner recommendations just up the hill in Montefollonico.

Helen & David Andrews, USA, Seattle/Washon Island -Washintgon --- Oct. 2011- LE CAPANNE DI SOPRA
A week in the Tuscan sun/filled with travel and fun/with a view so wide that/nothing could hide./Our joy and our love for this place. Thankyou for this very special visit into this sunny slice of Italy. We shall always remember.

Kate and Eric Lochen, USA, Minneapolis - MN --- Oct. 2011- MULINELLO
Michele and Cristina - Grazie mille! Eric and I had a fabulous time staying at villa Mulinello. The home had everything we needed and more. The views from every room is breathtaking. Sitting in the back overlooking Montepulciano and reading-what peace and serenity. And we read a lot from your library. We loved cooking dinner every night, the kitchen setup worked great. You have a beautiful home. Thanks of the opportunity to dine together with you and your friends. We want to experience again the beauty, calm + peace of your land.

Eva and Julian Kerekes, Croatia, Split --- September 2011- MULINELLO
Holiday exactly how we imagined. We had an amazing week in the house Mulinello. Very nice, clean Tuscan house with beautiful, rustical furniture, huge garden, unbelievable panorama and calmness. We enjoyed a lot reading on the terrace, playing in the garden with our dog, cooking in the kitchen, which is one of the best parts of the house. :) The surrounding is also very charming, we spent nice evenings in Montefollonico, Montepulciano, Pienza. Hospitality of the owner, Michele and the housekeeper lady Magdalena was perfect. Thank you! We will come back for sure one day! Eva & Julian

Suzanne and Jay Goodman, USA, Coos Bay - Oregon --- Sept. 2011- BANDITELLO
My husband and our two friends found that the property exceeded our expectations. The house Banditello was very clean and thoughtfully and tastefully appointed. We especially appreciated the internet arrangements that Michele made for us. We spent 2 weeks in Italy and our week here, cooking meals and enjoying the view from the terrace, was the highlight of our trip. It was secluded but provided a good location for making day trips to nearby Montepulciano , Sienna, Cortona and Montalcino. We will definitely recommend this to our friends and hope to return ourselves some day. Being able to enjoy wine, walnuts, figs, basil and rosemary from the property was so much fun.

David Rule, England, Lymington Hampshire ---September 2011- BANDITELLO
Sandra and I stayed in the house Banditello the first 2 weeks of September 2011 and highly recommend it; the house is well equipped and located in an idyllic spot very private and with spectacular views across to Montepulciano. The local village Montefellonico has bank, supermarket and excellent restaurants to suit all pockets; we particularly recommend 13 Gobbi. Michele is a kind helpful considerate landlord; he left us one morning a wonderful bowl of fresh green figs for breakfast. If we visit that part of Tuscany again we certainly will want to stay in Banditello and will recommend it to others.

Lado ., USA, Portland, Oregon --- Sept. 2011- LE CAPANNE DI SOPRA
One month later, we are still talking about our wonderful stay at Le Capanne Di Sopra, and in fact look forward to visiting again. The setting is lovely; overlooking the hills and Montepulciano and close to Montefollonico where we found everything that we needed including delicious restaurants, coffee and convenient groceries. The house Mulinello was clean and well furnished and we enjoyed cooking many of our meals in the well equipped kitchen and eating in one of the two outdoor dining areas. The owner and housekeeper were friendly and helpful and we felt at home the entire time. We also found a lovely restaurant in nearby Petroio (Palazzo Brandano) which we highly recommend for delicious food and gracious atmosphere!

Susan and Andrew MacKichan, Germany, Munich --- August 2011- BANDITELLO
Thank you so much for staying here: a perfect location to relax and recharge. House Banditello is wonderfully private and quite simply charming, a wonderful "refuge" to the heath of 40° every day. Thank you also for letting our Labrador. Hope to return.

Marta Cuenca, Spain, Madrid ---August 2011 - BANDITELLO

Sophie Zeitoun, Francia, Reims --- April 2011- MULINELLO
Notre seule remarque concerne la qualité moyenne des matelas et sommiers ; à part cela, la gite Mulinello est bien équipé, authentique, particulièrement charmant, très calme, avec une vue magnifique, dans une région superbe . à recommander !

Hartmut K., Germany, Goettingen ---April 2011- BANDITELLO
This was the 3rd time we spent our Easter holiday at house Banditello. We especially mention the view.

Engelland K., Canada, Vancouver, BC --- April 2011- BANDITELLO
Thank you to Michele and Cristina for sharing house Banditello with us so that we could live the "Tuscan lifestyle" for a week. The house is beautiful , the view, the antique furniture and all that makes all that such an amazing place to see and stay. The church bells ringing in the distance, the cuckoo birds, pheasants and the song birds were exceptional. [.] We loved our daily visit to the many nearby towns, Montepulciano and Cortona were our favourite. Montefollonico was very "honey" and delicious food at restaurant "la botte piena".

Jackie and John W., Usa, --- 9-16 April, 2011- MULINELLO
This being our first visit to Italy made it a wonderful start to our Italian journey... rolling Tuscan hills, bird-watching,wine sampling, visiting Montepulciano, Pienza, a train trip to Florence and Siena(exquisite city!). We truly loved Montefollonico, its quaint feeling, friendly people, great cuisine. [..] house Mulinello is beautiful, confortable, will not be forgotten.

Piotr J., Poland, Sopot --- 24/31 July 2010 - MULINELLO
Excellent location, beautiful view, carefuly restored old farmhouse with a nice furniture - what else one needs to spend best holidays ever?

Lisa H., Australia, --- 2009 - BANDITELLO
The 2 weeks we spent at house Banditello will be forever remembered. It has a fabulous position overlooking the valley and vineyards. Afternoons spent watching the sunset in the outdoor area, with views to Montepulciano were magnificent - very Tusan. From the moment we arrived we were treated well. The caretaker was so lovely and helpful, by the time we left we felt like old friends (with hugs all round). The owners were lovely too - ringing us often to check we were happy and to help us plan our stay in the region. They also gave us wine from their property - which was very easy drinking indeed! The house itself is very large and well appointed. Everything was homely but clean, with nice touches such as books (in English and Italian) and music. Clean linen was provided weekely, which was a nice touch. The kitchen is equiped with all the utensils you could need, but the addition of a microwave would complete it. Location in the region was perfect. Many lovely small towns are easily accessible and the property is also relatively close to the motorway to go to other major centres. Our only surprise was the distance to Montefollonico - which was much further than we understood from the website material - and definitely not walking distance with a small child or shopping. That said, the township was not touristy (a big plus for us!), had some lovely local restaurants and the small grocery store had most things we needed (& the staff were lovely). My love affair with Italy started 20 years ago - and continues to grow. I have no doubt that our fond memories of this holiday were due to our lovely stay Villa Banditello! "Fantastic Hidden Gem in the Heart of Romantic Tuscany" My wife and I stayed at house Mulinello for our Honeymoon in 2007 and like it so much went back again in 2009! The house is very quaint and is about a mile from the main road down a dirt track - all very hidden which adds to the ambience and private nature of the place. We were welcomed by the housekeeper 'Maddalena' who was so friendly and wonderful throughout both our stays! She had a log fire going and the place was very clean. The house itself is cosy and great for a coupel or a small family as there are 3 bedrooms and it is quite large. Nearby Montefollonico is a 5 minute drive up the road and is everything you would imagine a typical small Tuscan village to be. We loved it! From Villa Mulinello you can easily reach Montepulciano (and you can see it too from your bedroom window across the Olive Groves and Vineyards!) - in about 20 minutes. Montalcino is about 40 minutes and Siena about an hour. I would highly recommend staying at this house for a very memorable and authentic trip to Tuscany. Email: charlesludlow@yahoo.com

Susan and Stuart A., Canada, Toronto, ON --- October 2009 - MULINELLO
"Delightfully exceeded our expectations; a quaint, cozy, historic" Driving down the rugged road to the two farmhouses was magical! Originally we had planned to rent the larger house, Banditello, which was fantastic, but when the lady arrived with the key and she showed us house Mulinello as well, we were delighted. Being just the two of us it was smaller and cozier and had a breathtaking view of Montepulciano from all its windows. It was not a problem to change to the smaller farmhouse at that time in the season. She howed us where everything was and how it worked in a very warm and friendly manner, (with my broken Spanish and her Italian and a bit of English), we learned everything, even purchased wine produced on the property! Great, as being Sunday, all shops were closed! After settling in we went for dinner inside the walled city of Montefollonica and ate like kings. The town has a great store for all you might need to cook, which we did and even used the barbeque in the fireplace. We took day trips as it is very well located and also went horseback riding and loved returning to our charming house to enjoy a glass of wine and the incredible view. It was so comfortable we could have stayed much longer. The owner arrived for the harvesting of the grapes and he was very friendly and welcoming. When we mentioned that the shower's glass door let water out onto the tile floor he was shocked and assured us he would have it replaced as it was relatively new. This was the only "inconvenience" which was not bad at all, something a mop quickly solved! We met other people who had stayed there as well, as they came to help with the grape harvest and they only had good things to say about the property and the owners, whom they had become friends with, having returned repeatedly! We loved the house and the property and would love to return, maybe even with a large group of people and rent both houses, a great family reunion idea. Otherwise the cozy farmhouse Mulinello with tons of history and charm will suit us just fine! Email: susankellyash@rogers.com

Our 3-week holiday here was peaceful and inspiring. The harmony of the land, the food, the wines, the architecture and art leave an impression of peace and beauty. The house Banditello seems more like a real Tuscan home than e rental property, so well cared for and maintained.

Toscana is one of the most beautiful, picturesque places on earth. We enjoyed staying in this nice "Casa" Banditello. The decor is superb, and reflects the beauty and serenity of this area.

...house Mulinello is technically equipped to the level of no complaints. Kitchen utensils, the sets of china and glass are more you would expect to have in a rented holiday apartment.
