Booking terms.

Booking. A non-refundable advance of 25% of the rental, payable on booking. Balance is paid at arrival.

Included in rental. Bath towels and bed linen (1 change per person/week), drinkable water,final cleaning, WiFi, wood for barbecue, VAT.

Not included in rental. City Tax: € 1 per person/day (aged +12). Power: 0,50€ /kwh. Gas (hot water, cooking, heating): € 5,10/ m³. By counter. Payable in cash at departure.

Arrivals/departures. Any day. Arrivals 5- 6 p.m. Departures before 9 a.m.

Cancellation. A) 100% refund of your advance if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in. B) 50% refund  if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in. C) 0% refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in.

House Rules.

Parking. Vehicles to be parked in the parking area only. Ensure that the bar is locked.

Windows/doors/shutters. ALWAYS CLOSE or SECURE, when you are out or in case of storms, wind, rain, etc..

WC’s. They work by biological action in a septic tank. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper.

Detergents/soaps for kitchen and bathrooms . Use the BIOLOGICAL ones provided.

Fire. Not allowed outside. Barbecuing equipped in the kitchen. ASHES: do not remove if still hot.

Smoking. NOT allowed inside.

Water. Have a responsible use.

Rubbish. To be removed when leaving.
